Historic Casita Renovation

This job entailed renovating an entire house. The
heating/cooling system was replaced, then the plumbing and wiring were updated. The floor was jackhammered up and re-poured with dyed concrete, then sealed. All paint, plaster, and woodwork were re-done. Finally, recycled cabinets and new countertops were installed.

Bocce Bench

This is one of two custom-built benches for a backyard bocce-ball court. Made of cedar, it measures 16 inches deep and 60 inches long. ($1495/set of two)

There is a rod for a rubber curtain across the bottom and the space below the seat stores the balls between games.

Mesquite Wine Cabinet

This refrigerated cabinet has a 300-bottle capacity. It was constructed of solid bookmatched mesquite with a granite top. It measures 72 inches long, 48 inches tall, and 26 inches (two wine bottles) deep. ($7995)

Swing Bench
