Historic Casita Renovation

This job entailed renovating an entire house. The
heating/cooling system was replaced, then the plumbing and wiring were updated. The floor was jackhammered up and re-poured with dyed concrete, then sealed. All paint, plaster, and woodwork were re-done. Finally, recycled cabinets and new countertops were installed.

Bocce Bench


This is one of two custom-built benches for a backyard bocce-ball court. Made of cedar, it measures 16 inches deep and 60 inches long. ($1495/set of two)

There is a rod for a rubber curtain across the bottom and the space below the seat stores the balls between games.

Mesquite Wine Cabinet


This refrigerated cabinet has a 300-bottle capacity. It was constructed of solid bookmatched mesquite with a granite top. It measures 72 inches long, 48 inches tall, and 26 inches (two wine bottles) deep. ($7995)

Swing Bench

This was a repair job. The original bench had been painted pink and blue and left out in the weather for several years. I replaced the wood slats and hardware, and repainted the frame gloss black.

Oak Coffee Table


This table was done in red oak with cast iron drawer pulls. The top features breadboard ends. It measures 48 inches long, 16 inches deep, and 18 inches tall. ($295)
This can be custom made in any size and with any type of wood you like.

Media Stand





This media stand was done in Spanish cedar and measures 60 inches tall. The shelves are adjustable and the unit rotates on its base. ($345)
